I believe the most vital tool for creating a successful project is the ability to listen to your client. It is our job during the design process — as well as during construction — to use our education and experience to help solve, create and deliver a home that reflects the vision, function and lifestyle expressed by the client. As a single-resource design and construction business, we understand that the process of creating a home is an emotional one. By designing and contracting simultaneously, we ensure that the emotional reasoning behind every decision during the design is carried out through construction. Transitioning seamlessly from design to construction ultimately drives the success of how the dream home turns to reality.

I’ve been involved in the design aspect of residential architecture for the past thirteen years. My experience includes completing feasibility studies, construction administration and taking clients from conceptual design through permitting. In the general contracting industry, my roles have included project estimating, project budgeting throughout the construction process, general contracting and coordination management.
